About Budokon

Budokon Mixed Movement Art unites the three oldest types of movements: yoga, martial arts and calisthenics. Yoga is interaction with yourself, martial arts is interaction with others and calisthenics is interaction with objects. Together they develop a balanced body and mind. All of us have a warrior and a yogi inside of us. They contradict and at the same time, compliment each other, keeping us balanced.

Drop by if you are a yogi, martial artist or simply inspired by movement and keen to explore the possibilities. You will be surprised what your body can do if you set your mind to it.

Budokon Yoga & Mobility Class

Budokon yoga brings out the humbleness of a yogi and the determination of a warrior that reside within us. At a physical level, it is a constant flow from one yogic pose to another with components borrowed from martial arts. It builds our strength, flexibility and in overall, makes us great movers.

These are 90 min sessions where we explore the Budokon Yoga Series, together with mobility and animal locomotion. Mobility is a fun session where there are no boundaries and we all move freely on the floor, bringing out the kid inside us. Animal locomotion is a lot of strength and cardio where we understand and imitate the movements of various animals like gorillas, chimpanzees, komodo dragons, etc.

Especially recommended to all the fighters out there, so that you connect better with the yogi inside of you. Yes, we all have it.

Budokon Yoga & Striking Class

The combination of these two disciplines explore both the kindness of yogi inside you and the determination of you as a warrior. It’s a powerful practice where you get to know better these two dimensions of yourself, aiming at keeping them balanced.

These are 90 min sessions, where we explore the Budokon Yoga Series, followed by striking. We will learn to properly punch, kick and we will sweat a lot :). All that in a safe and none-judgmental environment.

Especially recommended to all the yogis out there, so that you connect with the warrior side of you. Yes, we all have it.
