Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Go to our Schedule, find the class that you want to attend & click on it.
  2. You will see the details of the class. At the very bottom, click on the “Continue” button.
  3. The relevant classes / subscriptions that allow you to access the class will be displayed here.
  4. As you are a member and you have a subscription with us, you can ignore these and move directly to “Login” button at the bottom of the page.
  5. If you haven’t created your password yet, click on “Register” button. To ensure that the system recognises you and your subscription, please use the email you provided to us when you started your subscription. In case you don’t remember, you can always contact us.
  6. The system will automatically find your past purchases and will allow you to proceed with the class booking.

  3. The relevant classes / subscriptions that allow you to access the class will be displayed here:
    • If you have not purchased a class / subscription with us yet, select the option you want and continue with the transaction flow to book the class.
    • If you have purchased a class / subscription with us already, click on the “Log In” button at the bottom of the page, so that the system recognises you and the purchase you have made. You can then proceed with the class booking.

We strive to provide a good experience to all of our students. The classes a purposely kept small so we could provide individual attention. Hence the number of slots per class are limited.

We have three main types of classes / subscriptions:

  • Single Events – These are single classes of 60, 90 or 105 mins duration. The 60 mins classes are also available for live streaming.
  • Credit Passes – These provide you access to a certain number of classes. They are separate credit passes available for In-Studio and Live Streaming classes.
  • Contracts – Contracts provide you with unlimited access to all classes over a certain duration of time. Currently we have 1 year contract, payable monthly.

There are two ways you could go about it:

  1. You go to our Schedule, select the class you want to attend and follow the transaction flow.
  2. Go to our Prices page and click on the option that works for you.

Yes.

  • All single class purchases are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
  • 10 Classes Pass is valid for 2 months from the date of purchase.
  • 5 Live Streaming Classes Pass is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
  • 1 Year subscription is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

No, you won’t. You could freeze up to a maximum of 25 days within a year and you need to freeze for a minimum of 5 days at a stretch. You just need to let us know in advance.

Fitogram is an all-in-one system that will help you to reserve, cancel, purchase and check status of your subscription / classes with us. You could also find details of the teachers and the classes in the tool.

Yes. Fitogram GmbH is a German company and it takes data privacy very seriously. They adhere to EU data privacy regulations. You can read more about it here.
