I tried Flow Village our for the first time today. The mobility class was so fun and different! I have been practicing vinyasa yoga for about four years and it was awesome to get into poses I’ve never done before. I’m excited to check out the Budokon Yoga soon!

Abi and Justyna opened a wonderful den where anybody interested in (re?)starting and nurturing their movement skills could find shelter. After years of experience in Yoga, Budokon and martial arts they now teach back their wisdom into a multi-sided full body practice, from which anybody interested in movement can benefit. Here you will find both a warm environment to develop your skills and a place to steam off when you need it.

I was at a Mixed Movement Workshop with Abi and Justyna. Three very different lessons I call them Flow Yoga, Striking and new movements for the body. It was an inspiring morning! Budokon mixes elements of "Yogi" and "Warrior" - Abi spices them up with new, beautiful movements for the body. I highly recommend the place!

Flow Village is a young, fun and stylish yoga place. Been to all of the classes and loved every each of them. Abi is great and patient teacher who always makes you feel like you’ve been doing Budokon your whole life (even though its your first lesson :). Love coming back there!!!
