Budokon Yoga leverages beautiful, circular, repetitive and flowy movements that combine yoga and martial art poses. This class is a continuation of Budokon Yoga Basics. We focus on the seven Budokon Yoga sections and further improvisations. The 60 mins sessions are best suited to mobilise your joints, build strength and flexibility.
Who is this for? This class assumes that the students have already attended at least 2-3 Budokon Yoga Basics classes and are ready to flow through the various sections easily. It is not necessary to master the Basics flow, but it is essential to have the knowledge of the Budokon signature moves.
