I was looking for a yoga studio, but at the same time wanted to try some martial arts
I found Flow Village by accident. “Le hasard fait bien les choses”. I was looking for a yoga studio. But at the same time I wanted to try some martial arts. Perfect: Flow Village offers both! But it also offers more like the “Movement Class” which I didn’t have time to discover in depth. So I will focus on yoga (traditional and Budokon) and striking. Abi and Justyna (the owners) offer 3 classes a day: one in the morning (traditional yoga), one at lunch time (traditional yoga or Budokon) and one in the evening (half Budokon, half striking or movement). The one in the morning is the best way to start your day and the one in the evening the best way to finish it. You could think that it’s just another studio with a another new style of yoga. But I found it was more than that. Abi and Justyna really give 100% energy and love to teach you and to share their experience. It’s like a small community. You don’t just come to do your yoga one hour and then you leave, no you share moments with others too. That’s the advantage of being in a small studio. Unfortunately I just spent 3 months at Flow Village. But I really learnt and Improved a lot in this short amount of time. Not only physically but also mentally. I really felt that it was the perfect combination to feel more healthy in my mind and in my body. For all that I really want to thank Abi and Justyna! I don’t need to add that I strongly recommend everybody interested in improving themselves to try Flow Village. You won’t be disappointed!
