HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training combines short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise. The exercises comprise of a good mix of cardio, core and strength training. It’s great for burning calories, losing weight and toning your muscles in the least amount of time.
Join our HIIT trainings at Flow Village where we will sweat through the 30 mins of focused workout. We will bring up your heart rate, enhance your strength and endurance in a fun environment. The workout will burn quite a bit of your calories then and there. Even after the HIIT session, your body goes through an afterburn mode whereby it keeps burning calories at a higher pace for hours.

It is perfect for those who want to sweat, get the heartbeat up, burn some extra calories and tone your body in a rather short time. The classes are very much beginner focused.
