Yoga Flow classes are simply the bread and butter for your body and mind. They mobilise your spine, help you detox, balance, build strength and flexibility. Moving with the breath calms your mind and makes you, you.
The 60 mins morning and lunch sessions will prepare you for the rest of the day. The Yoga Flow (Vinyasa Yoga based) classes are thoughtfully planned to focus on mobilising a specific part of the body and safely warming it up to lead to a peak posture. Classes are also available online.
Who is this for?
Everybody with all skill levels are welcome. For those who have no experience in yoga at all, this is a good place to start.
