The Striking classes encompass a full body workout leveraging kick-boxing, boot-camp style warm ups and high intensity workouts. In addition to boosting your self-defense skills, you will get a great cardio workout from this class.

Who is this for? Striking is perfect for those who want to sweat, get the heartbeat up and enjoy getting a full overall workout. The classes are very much beginner focused and not for professionals. However, we recommend attending 2-3 Striking Basics classes prior to the regular Striking classes if you do not have any self-defense experience.

Striking Basics

In these classes you will learn the basic technicalities of Kickboxing covering various types of punches and kicks, forming the building blocks of self-defense. You will be introduced to jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts, front kicks, round-houses, etc. and how to execute them in the proper manner.

Who is this for? This class is for people who have no experience in self-defence techniques and would love to dip their toes in it. We recommend attending 2-3 of these classes before progressing to the regular Striking classes.
